Placing Your Order
Following our guidelines for ordering below should ensure a successful and
trouble free delivery, so please take a moment of read the following
information:
Colors and Fabrics
Colors will vary according to the age and display of your computer. To avoid
error we will send you a fabric color swatch before your order is processed
so you can confirm your color and fabric choice. We will not start processing
your order until you call or email us to verify color and fabric match.
Sizing
Please see our sizing chart to ensure a proper fit. Often children vary in
height and to obtain the desired length please follow the measuring
instructions standard chart.
Custom Orders
We realize children come in all shapes and sizes. Custom orders are available
upon request for an additional charge.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard. Full payment is needed in order to
start the ordering process. Checks will only be accepted by prior arrangement
and will require 5 days to clear.
Returns
Products manufactured by Annie Reed are custom made and are not returnable.
Orders can be cancelled if they have not been cut. There is a 25%
non-refundable cancellation fee. Once your order is in production it cannot be
cancelled or returned for any reason. However, returns are restricted to
warranty issues involving proven incidence of faulty workmanship or errors that
we have made in the manufacture of the dress. (wrong color, wrong size, etc.)
In these cases you will be eligible for a full refund or a replacement dress on
return of the faulty dress. (Perfect condition with tags still attached)
Shipping
Our production time is 6 to 8 weeks. Your ship date will be 8 weeks from the
day you have confirmed your color swatch. Please call (1-866-682-REED) or
contact us through our website at www.anniereed.com. A rush order can be made
upon request. Dresses can be made and shipped sooner for an additional charge
of $40 per dress. The earliest time frame for a rush order4 is weeks from the
color and fabric confirmation date. Priority charges are non-refundable.
